Insurance:

Forest City Dental Office accepts assignment with your insurance company, as long as your insurance company allows this service. On the day of your dental visit, you will be responsible for the percentage that the insurance company does not cover due to differences with percentages and deductibles. We will endeavour to work with your insurance company. However, we cannot make any guarantees. You will be responsible for any portion that is not covered by your insurance company.

• Credit Card - We accept MasterCard and Visa.
• Debit Card - We accept Interac
